{3} Astoria Krane- Curiosity Killed the Cat

 I know. It's been a while... I may or may not have been a little.... grounded. I will try not to make this into a novel, but no promises. A lot happened. After the noises started happening, the weirdness with the neighbors, and my dad not believing me, I took matters into my own hands.   I know... I know, but I couldn't just sit on my butt and do nothing.  I'm a huge fan of those crime/investigation documentaries! Call me... Detective Krane. I weighed my options and just went with my gut. Seriously, what could happen?  According to the neighbors, the noises were just coyotes and maybe at worst a bear (I will bring bear spray).  Then there was the whole issue of getting caught by a patrol officer and dealing with the consequences of my father.  What was he going to do? {2}- Astoria Krane- What Did I Just Hear?

Credit: Yuliia Skybyk Dear Reader, First off, I have to tell you about the noises.... and maybe it's nothing, but this isn't my first time around farms or wildlife or nature in general.  Since I'm couped up in the house for most of the time, Dad is letting me help out our neighbors Alan and Betty, on their farm.  He works with someone's brother's uncle's dad or something like that... anyway, he knows this family and he felt like it would be mutually beneficial for us.  I help them and they help me to get out of the house.  It's a win-win! Plus they are super nice!  Well, that is until the noises started happening. {1} Astoria Krane- There's a Glitch in the Matrix

Credit: zrfphoto            Dear Reader, I knew the minute we set foot at this "perfect" paradise of a place that something was way off.  I know this is going to sound like one heck of a story, but you have to believe me when I say... it's REAL.  All of it.  Everything you thought was a fairytale, all of the make-believe characters you thought up as a kid, the creatures, the good, and the absolutely terrifying are all REAL!  I know you probably think I'm crazy, but I'm the biggest skeptic there is and I saw something, well a lot of some things.  SO MUCH CRAZY!!!
